The Joint Venture

The project is managed by Mentawai One Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based joint venture between Sentosa Group and ilipa Developments. Ilipa Developments, a subsidiary of ilipa Ventures Group, contributes global expertise in finance, technology, and emerging markets.
